Pickleball Comes to Cornerstone

Note: Players must bring own net, paddles, & balls.

As part of Cornerstone UMC’s community outreach, a pickleball court has been added to the parking lot for any community members interested in playing pickleball. Regulation pickleball court lines have been painted onto the church parking lot near the back of the paved area.

Persons playing pickleball will play at their own risk. Players will need to provide their own pickleball equipment including net, paddles, and balls. Court is available for free on a first-come, first-serve basis, with no reservations necessary. The court is lighted in the evening until 9 pm. If all goes well, the church plans to add more courts in the future.

For questions, please contact trustee Bill Werst at 847-931-4516. Cornerstone is located at 41W170 Russell Rd., Elgin, IL 60124.
