Into Kenya, a Cornerstone United Methodist Church mission, has an updated brochure to help us share our story about the needs and care of the children in Irechelo Village. We are excited to be in Phase 3 of our mission which will provide a building for the orphans/children and will be named the Mama Alice Children’s Resource Center! To be a part of this ministry, please do any or all of the following:

  1. Share the story of what we have accomplished and want to accomplish with this mission by reaching out to friends, relatives, other churches, organizations, and foundations.

  2. Make and encourage donations to IntoKenya.org, a nonprofit organization, by going to our website and paying by PayPal or credit card, or by mailing a check to Into Kenya, c/o Bill Werst, 2245 South Street, Elgin, 60123.

  3. Buy and encourage others to buy our organic, single origin gourmet coffee from Kenya which is roasted locally. Contact Jan Stokes at  davidjanet@comcast.net or 224-567-2867.

  4. We also have hand-crafted Kazuri bead necklaces (go to www.intokenya.org) and Sweet Dreams pillowcases available.

For more information, contact Roger Klemm at 630-234-6628 or Kay Mills at 847-471-7587.

On behalf of Mama Alice and the Mama Alice Foundation in Kenya, thank you for helping make a better life for the children of Irechelo Village in Kenya!
